双管齐下减排放
开展VOCs与NOx协同治理专项行动，全面降低本地污染排放。
✅推进移动源绿色转型，加大新能源车推广力度，通过开展全年促消费系列活动，为汽车消费注入绿色活力，全区新能源汽车增幅明显，保有量同比增加1.9万辆。

✅依托市级老旧客货运车报废更新政策，通过逐一摸排、对接车主，点对点开展政策宣贯，推进190余辆国四及以下柴油车淘汰并更新为新能源车辆。

✅深化重点企业治理，开展锅炉行业“冬病夏治”，推动28家锅炉单位提标改造，申报创建“绿色”企业，促进锅炉行业绿色发展。

✅持续开展工业企业、汽修企业VOCs“一厂一策”精细化治理工程，指导企业优化生产工艺，更新污染处理设施，从源头减少臭氧和PM2.5前体物排放。

科技赋能
精准溯源强监管
依托大气环境精细化管理平台，整合全区500余个空气质量小微站、卫星遥感监测、走航监测及电能能耗监控平台，构建“天上看、地上巡、视频查”立体化监管网络，对各项污染物指标进行实时监控、实时分析。

通过对重点区域开展走航监测，定时、定点、定位捕捉短时突发性高值，掌握监测区域内整体浓度情况。

严控违规车辆上路，对车辆通行高频路段、高峰时段车辆行驶轨迹等全方位、全流程立体监控，利用北斗卫星定位技术对违规进入围栏的12吨以上重型车辆进行预警提示和拦截，有效发挥科技“岗哨”作用。

多元共治
创新机制聚合力
深化政企协作减排，开展夏季错峰加油专项行动。区生态环境局、商务局、应急局、公安分局、市场监管局联合开展动员，组织辖区33家成品油经营企业通过制定差异化优惠方案，加强宣传，倡导车主开展夜间卸油、错峰加油等工作，减少因高温、强光照带来的油气挥发污染。

强化街镇精准帮扶，打通污染防治“最后一公里”，持续开展“一街一策”帮扶机制，对空气质量排名靠后的街镇开展污染源解析和治理方案定制，以点带面，促进区域空气质量整体提升。

靶向攻坚
重点领域求突破
聚焦餐饮油烟治理，通过净化设施升级改造、优化油烟排放管道设置等方式，对60家餐饮企业开展提升治理。

依托丰台区环境保护“丰铃办”大气污染防治先锋队，重点针对餐饮油烟、露天烧烤、垃圾处置场站异味等难点问题进行研究，多层级推动疑难诉求包案化解。

推广绿色施工技术，在道路施工项目的设计、审核、施工等环节推广使用温拌沥青，通过降低生产和施工温度这一核心措施，减少温室气体和有害气体排放，推进交通基础设施领域实现绿色发展。
