在上城区大运河京江桥靠近浦家小学处
有人漂在水上
人仰面朝上，还在动
运河还有船只来往穿梭，情况紧急
接到指令后
派出所立刻出警，并联系报警人
报警人称已有一艘货船的船员
用竿子将落水者钩到船边
拉到船上了
民警驾快艇到达京江桥上游
濮家临时锚地水域时
碰到了救人的余杭货03029货船
紧接着民警将该落水女子转到快艇
并送上岸交由属地派出所和120医生处置
据医生反馈
落水女子生命体征平稳
